Arun Varghese is an MBA graduate with an overall work experience of 20+ years in International sales & marketing, business development and in the functional areas of developing and enforcing strategies that are uniquely suited to specific emerging global markets.
He also has project management experience in the decommissioning and demobilization of offshore platforms, having being involved in the successful demobilization of two Mobile Offshore Production Units.
Mathavan Balasubramanian
Asset Management
Mathavan Balasubramanian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Malaya, Malaysia and has 20 years of working experience in the offshore oil and gas and manufacturing sectors.
After working in various capacities in the manufacturing sector at the beginning of his career, he joined the marine and offshore oil & gas service sector where he held operation and asset management portfolios.
Among other achievements, he managed the operation and maintenance activities for the Mobile Offshore Production Unit “RUBICONE” for client Petronas Carigali at Bekok-C field, Malaysia and the Mobile Offshore Production Unit “BOSS 1” for client Pertamina Hulu Energi at West Madura Offshore, Indonesia, achieving operational uptime of 92% and 99% respectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
He also has project management experience in the decommissioning and demobilization of offshore platforms, having being involved in the successful demobilization of two Mobile Offshore Production Units.
