De Raj Group AG (DRJ), today announced that they will enter into a formal agreement on 2nd Sept to acquire a series of Solar power plant in EU with a total installed capacity of 99 MWp. De Raj Group AG and Wattkraft Group, will jointly ensure the completion of the power plant project with its expertise and financial strength.  Wattkraft’s technical ability will ensure that the plant is operating at an overall efficiency. De Raj said that the proposed acquisition is part of its strategy to build a Green Investments portfolio as a growth driver and intends to grow its portfolio to an optimal size.

The project will be financed via a combination of debt and equity. The acquisition is expected to be completed upon the fulfillment of all conditions precedent in the Term Sheet & SPA within 5 weeks after the execution.
