De Raj Group AG, Cologne, (ISIN: DE000A2GSWR1), is pleased to announce that its whollyowned subsidiary, Gryphon Energy (SEA) Sdn Bhd (GESEA), Malaysia, has entered into a strategic alliance agreement together with PT Angerah Mulia Raya (AMR) of Indonesia. AMR is a long-term and well-known consortium partner for the ongoing Pertamina project at the West Madura Offshore Field better known as the MOPU (Mobile Offshore Production Unit) BOSS 1 contract.

AMR is also the consortium leader of the AMR – SOM (Sandakan Offshore (M) Sdn Bhd, Malaysia) – EMAS (EMAS Offshore Construction and Production Pte. Ltd., Singapore) – PIT (PT Pelayaran Intilintas Tirthanusantara, Indonesia) Consortium, primarily responsible for the supply of a Floating Production Unit (FPU) to Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) at a contract value of USD 386.3 million (equivalent to approximately EUR 311 million) for a fixed period of ten years.
