De Raj Group Fundraising – Bond Placement EUR 50 m

De Raj Group AG is pleased to announce that ITI Capital Ltd. will raise EUR50m for us. De Raj Group is attracting funds to finance M&A transactions and support robust revenue growth. In addition to leasing and service services, the company expects to increase revenues from leasing existing assets and execution of new contracts for the construction of energy-saving modules.
The bond placement scheduled for September 2019 will be structured as a private issue. The coupon with quarterly payment will amount to 8%.
